This has one of the best sandwiches I have tasted. I got the pulled beef, it was so tasty and with roasted peppers and crispy onions with a honey mustard relish......it was called the Rio Melt...Top Notch....I also had a coconut macaroon cup cake and a pasteis de nata, again they were top quality...the kambucha was also very nice. This is a must visit cafè if you are in Mullingar. Staff were very friendly....
